En mi humilde y seguramente desacertada opinión yo creo que la Migración va al fondo del mazo, ya que ese es el pago de la carta (hasta el primer punto).

Aunque seguramente alguien más sabio y letrado en los resquicios legales de nuestro querido juego nos sacará de dudas con el reglamento en mano.

yo también juraría que va debajo del mazo, ya que es un coste a pagar y eso nunca se cancela con los 'counters'

Cuando lo estuvimos hablando me daba miedo que le sucediese algo similar al Fanático de las Tierras del Sueño. Si cancelas su entrada en el juego por su habilidad, se puede volver a activar sin problemas (hubo una faq en la que hacía que fuese a la pila de descartes, y luego lo cambiaron)

If I trigger Dreamlands Fanatic’s (Dreamlands F47) response to put it into play what happens if my opponent cancels the effect with Power Drain (Core Set F100)?
Because Power Drain is a Disrupt it resolves before the effect that puts Dreamlands Fanatic into play, so the effect is canceled and the card remains in your hand. Note: this does not prevent you from triggering Dreamlands Fanatic a second time

Por fortuna el texto de la Migración yithiana está escrito de forma que ir a la baraja es justamente coste ('tiene la palabra to)
